The perfect colour of light and in addition very bright Review by Matthias
Rating
I really like my new Zebra. I used to have a H53Fc with 4000k. The light was okay with regard to its CRI. But it seemed to be a bit to yellow. The H600Fd Mk IV with its 5000k has got the perfect colour of light for me. The programmable interface is another advantage. The size is still okay.
But it is very important to chose the right battery as not all 18650 fit and you will need a battery being able to provide the flashlight with high current. (Posted on 11-12-18)
The output is almighty: at H2 level it is in eccess of the H1 level of my H600 18650 XM-L2 Neutral White, with 1035Lm against 1020Lm. Review by YVES SOUSSI

Hi

Thanks NKON for having brought this Cree XHP50 5000K 3-steps tint deviation 1x18650 very good ZL to me.

1) The output is almighty: at H2 level it is in eccess of the H1 level of my H600 18650 XM-L2 Neutral White, with 1035Lm against 1020Lm.

Daniele already wrote a very good review about the Zebralight SC600Fd Mark IV Plus XHP50 Floody Neutral White 18650 Flashlight which is the same as the Zebralight H600Fd Mark IV XHP50.2

So if you have a hundred bucks in your pocket, dont waist your time !

Vf of XHP50 is 12 volts but XHP50.2 (of the H600Fd) is 6 volts Review by YVES SOUSSI
Rating
Hi

1) Vf of XHP50 is 12 volts but XHP50.2 (of the H600Fd) is 6 volts

Forward voltage of the XML2 is 3 volts only.

The higher reliablility is for 6 volts of the XHP50.2 (H600Fd) because of the buck converter of the flashlight.

Like an elevator with a longer lifetime if it works in a 6 floors building rather than a 12 floors

Definitely the best choice is the Zebralight H600Fd Mark IV XHP50.2

Bien à vous

Its a zebralight Review by Ivo
Rating
---------------------------
Just standing there doubting between 4000 and 5000k the 5000k is fine!
Typical zebralight quality and finish so very much
Poet light (especially if you were used to an AA)
Have to dive in programming so that they are as I want
That Floody 90 degrees is also nice
Do not miss the luminous reflector
Clip is just there!
So I'm going to put a magnet on it
That is missing some magnetic end cap
Olight does that for example smarter. (Posted on 16-10-18)
a Rolls Royce.. Review by YVES SOUSSI
Rating
Hi

1) a Rolls Royce..

What is the most important thing for me = voltage indication

I hate having to replace a mostly charged battery with a newly charged one, right before I go camping, just because I'm not 100% sure how much charge is left.

I am perfectly content with something like the Zebralight H600Fd : it just blinks the corresponding number of capacity left in the battery(s).

I accepted to pay 90 euros and i am happy

bien à vous

XHP50.2: new construction: the dies much closer together than the XHP50, Review by YVES SOUSSI
Rating
Hi

1) XHP50.2: LED with new construction: the dies much closer together than the XHP50, and no dark cross..

2) When a low 0.5mA current is applied to the led it immediately shows the new construction: the dies much closer together than the XHP50, and no dark cross. so the build is similar to the XHP35, which does not suffer from donut holes. Also the rough phosfor layer can be seen, so probably no dedoming for this led!

3) If you love the Skilhunt H03 RC Cool White (almost "out of stock" today), you will also love the XHP50.2 of the H600Fd Mark IV ! For many reasons

It is brighter = X3 lumen of the Skilhunt H03 RC
It is safe = no dangerous magnetic charging,
It is economical = you can use unprotected Li-Ion
It has electronics management =

PID thermal regulated outputs (three highest output levels)
Builtin battery protections with continuously monitored temperature, current, and voltage, plus a (2.7V) low voltage cutoff
Battery capacity indicator (LED flashes 1-4 times, 4 short clicks to start)
Automatic stepping down from High to Medium, and from Medium to Low when battery capacity is low

bien à vous

Accuracy of Battery capacity indicator Review by YVES SOUSSI
Rating
Hi

1) Battery capacity indicator (LED flashes 1-4 times, 4 short clicks to start)

3 flash is 3.8V = 0.4V

2 flash is around 3.55 V = 0.25V

1 flash is 3.35 V - 25 % of capacity, though it is not good to fully discharge à battery.= 0.20V

EMPTY !!

There is no zero flash response so 1 flash should be the voltage at which high1 drops right to high2 for lack of power.

2) You should use your LI-Ion between 4.2V and 3.3V (Between 4 flashs and 2 flashs) -

3) I cound not live one hour without this flashlight ! I am crazy about it and I am sure it will be "out of stock" soon, and many shortage for 2018 to purchase it through the year. If you read me, hurry up !

Best regards
