Worse than Sanyo ... at least Review by darie
I've bought some of these (LG INR18650-MJ1) and some Sanyo NCR18650GA.

These are rated for 3500mAh and I've found they held 3222mAh (both ones I've ordered).

The Sanyos are rated for 3350mA and were observed to have 3339, so, way closer if not exactly as advertised.

Ergo, I'll not be ordering stuff from Lucky Goldstar Chem anymore I'm afraid.

The cells overall should be ok quality, but ... the fudging the ratings is annoying ... I'm not gonna charge them to 4.5 and down to 2 in order to get my mAh figure to line up. (Posted on 20-11-18)

Pour la première commande (fin 2017) pas de problèmes les accus était de production 6 mois avant (mars 2017) mais ma deuxième commandes que je viens de recevoir les accus date de octobre 2014 soit 3 ans !!!! alors que les fabriquant garantissent la qualité jusqu'a 6 mois ! For the first order (end of 2017) no problem the battery was production 6 months before (March 2017) but my second order that I just received the battery date of October 2014 is 3 years !!!! while the manufacturers guarantee the quality up to 6 months! Probadas con descarga hasta 2.8ah y tienen 3340 mah y 3290mah,descargando a 2.5 supongo que tienen los 3.500mah por lo que son auténticas y buenas baterías,gracias por el envió rápido nkon.

Tested with 2.8Ah and have to download mah 3340 and 3290mah , unloading 2.5 have 3.500mah guess so they are authentic and good batteries , thanks for the fast shipping Nkon (Posted on 27-01-16)

Seems to be sligtly worse than Sanyo NCR18650GA Review by Mr Nerijus Bosas
Tested two LG MJ1's against two of these Sanyo's, which both should be 3500mah capacity according to specs. Used Opus BT-C3100 v2.2 charger. Multiple times i charged them to 4.2V and then discharged to 2.8v. For the 1A discharge both cells showed almost exactly 3.5AH with no noticeable difference between two. What i did notice is that my opus charger shows MJ1 batteries to have 20miliohm higher internal resistance than Sanyo's. Using 1khz 4 wire professional battery IR tester, Sanyo's have internal resistance of 28miliohm and MJ1s around 50miliohms. For whatever reason MJ1 internal resistance fluctuates much more than Sanyo's which kinda implies their might have different chemistry.I don't like that. Based on my test i highly recommend Sanyo's instead of MJ1's and get yourself proper Li-ion charger. My recommendations are either XTAR SP1, if you want to charge just 1 cell and OPUS BT-C3100 v2.2 if wanting to charge 4 or less cells at same time. The later one also shows battery internal resistance and can calculate battery's capacity while discharging with up to 1A and charging up to 2A. Just notice it has internal cooling fan so can be annoying in very quiet enviroment...Hope my review helps you guys.... (Posted on 23-06-15)
