These cells where produced for the EV industry. In order to increase life span EV charges usually till only about 4.1V and discharge till about 3V. This means the available capacity is about 2500 mAh for this cell. (but life time is maybe twice as high).
For the convenience of their major customers, Samsung has marked this lower capacity on the box label, but the cell is a 29E and has 2900mAh if normally charged (or little less, capacity is little lower than the 29E6)

Attention le courant de décharge max en continue est de 2750mah.Rating
Sinon ce sont des superbes cellules pour un vélo électrique de petite puissance (250w à 500w).
Par rapport au Panasonic NCR18650PF la chute de tension est plus faible, du coup le véhicule électrique est plus réactif, plus nerveux.
Le prix est très bon en plus !

Attention the maximum continuous discharge current is 2750mah.
Otherwise they are beautiful cells for a small electric bike (250w to 500w).
Compared to the Panasonic NCR18650PF the voltage drop is lower, suddenly the electric vehicle is more responsive, more nervous.
