I got 60 cells at quite reasonable cost in a 10S6P arrangement for my 36V e-bike. They came partially charged, and didn't need pre-balancing before assembly since they were within 0.06V of each other. Since the cells need a Battery management system, I chose a SHEN ZHEN LLT 10S 30A BMS, to match my bike, although I could have got up to 60A out of the battery pack - running it under spec should increase the life. With its 250W hub motor, I get about 2+ hours of very hilly riding from the 20Ah @ 36V pack. These cells use NCA Li-Ion technology, so I am expecting high Charge/Discharge cycle life. I have made 10s6p e-bike battery of these refurbished Sanyo NCR18650GA 3350mAh - 10A cells. All 10 of 6p-cells charged uniformly with tolerance of 0.01V. The total measured capacity of the battery is about 20A depending on charge and discharge voltage which divided by 6 corresponds well with the specified cell capacity of 3.3 Ah.Rating

I received them charged all at the same voltage (around 3.5-3.6v) and all in great shape. The solder points left by spot welding are little and negligible. Battery performance is great and consistent between cells, I use two of them in parallel in my helmet mounted torch and battery life is just amazing (the torch pulls roughly 1A at 3.7v charge, so roughly 3.7W of power). - Do not leave battery in charger over 12 hours
- Store the battery in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area
- Dispose of in accordance with local regulations
- Do not solder on these cells
