Suitable for AA or AAA NimH or Nicd batteries This charger can separately charge or discharge 1 to 16 AA and / or AAA batteries.
The status of each battery is shown separately on the illuminated display. Loading capacity: 500Mah for AA or 250Mah for AAA.
Including power cord and 12-volt car adapter.

1) Some Ni Mh display as an empty cell on the LCD display
It means the cell is not as good, electrical properties are depleted but your batterie is still good !
Don't be discouraged when you this display, it does not mean it is a bad battery , only a lower capacity i.e = 2400 mA instead of 2500 mA -
Don't throw away a battery which display as 'empty cell' on the Japcell !!
Save it for lower performance use

1)This the NEW version 2 of Japcell BC-1600 battery charger
One improvement : the backlight of the LCD display shut off when the battery are full. They are 'ON' only when charging which is very interesting feature at night
