The specified overcurrent threshold is wrongS-8254AAG protection IC used on this pcb has 0.13V overcurrent detection voltage threshold. With two 0.01 Ohm sense resistors in parallel (resulting in 0.005 Ohm) this gives 0.13 / 0.005 = 26A.
