The BMS is used for a 3.7V li-ion battery without balancing function
Characteristics:
1) circuit for detection of high accuracy voltage;
2) connection of the charger with the aid of a high-voltage device;
3) Built-in three-phase overcurrent detection circuit (overcurrent 1, overcurrent 2, load short circuit);
4) MOS transistor can charge and discharge the battery;
Specification
Over charging voltage: 4.25 ± 0.05V
Overloading load release: 4.23 ± 0.05V
Excessive discharge voltage: 2.54 ± 0.1V
Maximum continuous charging / discharging current: 7.5A
Maximum discharge current: 10A
This BMS-system can't balance a battery pack, it's only for the cutoff of under and over-voltage

You can protect your 3.7V Li-ion !
A BMS is protecting the battery from operating outside its Safe Operating Area, monitoring its state, calculating secondary data, etc
